Target Zero awarded by VTCA
Faulconer's safety program recognized for excellence in 2022
Earlier this month, the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA) presented Faulconer with an award recognizing our continued commitment to a safe and healthy working environment. Faulconer was recognized as the top contractor in the 500,001 – 750,000 man-hours category for 2022.
Our safety team submitted a Safety Philosophy Profile, a Safety Operating Profile, and our recent Experience Modifier Rate (EMR) numbers to qualify for this award.
Our Target Zero safety program continues to set the standard for safety programs in the Heavy Civil and Sitework Construction industries. That said, a safety program is only as good as the people who put it into practice day in and day out. This award is a testament to our team’s dedication to our Target Zero principles and maintaining a safe work environment, no matter what it takes.
